Prime-Tek uses this site to book discovery briefings and to measure which public pages and campaigns produce them.

What we collect

If you submit the briefing form or schedule a time, we receive the name, work email, organization, phone, deadline, and notes you enter, plus the page and campaign parameters attached to the request.

Analytics tools listed below only load after you choose Accept on the cookie bar, once those tags are wired in Google Tag Manager.

Cookies

This notice is a description of the public site, not legal advice.

Essential. The briefing form, calendar link, and campaign tags stored in sessionStorage for this visit. These are needed to request a briefing and to know which page you came from. They are not used as an advertising profile. No banner click is required for these.

Measurement and ads — only after Accept. After go-live, Accept allows Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity (including session recordings with form fields masked), the Google Ads conversion tag, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These set cookies or similar identifiers so we can see which pages and campaigns produced a held briefing.

Choose Essential only to keep those measurement cookies off. You can change the choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser and reloading. We do not sell briefing-form data. If a later law requires a “do not sell or share” link, it will be added here.

Search Console runs on Google’s side when the property is verified. It does not place a banner cookie on visitors.

What we do not collect here

This site does not ask for passwords, card numbers, member data, or health records. Do not paste those into the notes field.

Processors

After go-live the form and calendar may be processed by HubSpot, Cal.com or Calendly, and our email host. Each vendor’s terms apply to data they receive.
